Shipping Info: All domestic orders are shipped by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, and should take 3-5 business days to arrive.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail's international signed for service, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.

To ensure that your order arrives successfully, all shipping prices quoted on the site are for recorded delivery. We appreciate that in some instances, particularly with vinyl, these prices may be prohibitively expensive. Items may be returned in as new condition within 14 days of purchase.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Ten Eighty Trees - please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.
